If you are an LSC Member, deletion of your LSC Account will also terminate your LSC Membership with immediate effect.

1.4 To use the LSC services applicable to LSC Account holders, you must have internet access and a device capable of internet browsing and support iOS or Android application.
1.5 LSC Accounts are free of charge. Creating an LSC Account does not entitle you to the benefits of LSC Membership.

Your LSC Membership may not entitle you to the full range of LSC Content. Please carefully review your entitlements before purchasing your LSC Membership. LSC does not warrant that an LSC Membership is fit for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your LSC Membership meets your requirements.
2.4 To use the LSC services applicable to LSC Members you must have internet access and a device capable of supporting internet browsing and an iOS or Android application, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date, your continued use of your LSC Membership constitutes your authorisation for us to continue billing that Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and Payment Method details and information current and updated.
2.5 You may make changes to your LSC Membership at any time, including changing your LSC Membership plan. Additional charges may apply and you acknowledge that each LSC Membership plan may have a different price. If you elect to change your LSC Membership you will lose the benefit of any Offer applicable to your LSC Membership from the date you change your LSC Membership. To make changes to your LSC Membership (excluding cancellation) please contact LSC at email@example.com Changes to your LSC Membership will only apply once they are confirmed in writing by LSC, and will then apply from your next billing date. Offer eligibility is determined by LSC at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your LSC Account or LSC Membership on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing LSC Membership (or who have been LSC Members at any time in the previous 6 month period) may not be eligible for certain Offers. We may use information such as device ID, Payment Method or LSC Account and contact details used with an existing or recent LSC Account or LSC Membership to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.
4. Billing and Cancellation
4.1 Billing Cycle. The membership fee for your LSC Membership will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated in your receipt email. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of LSC Membership plan that you chose when you signed up for your LSC Membership. Your payment date is subject to change at the sole discretion of LSC. For example, LSC may change your billing date if (i) your Payment Method has not successfully settled, (ii) when you change your LSC Membership plan or (iii) if your LSC Membership began on a day which does not occur in every given month or otherwise does not fall on a business day. If your payment date does not fall on a business day, we will automatically take payment from your Payment Method on the next business day thereafter. If you signed up for an LSC Membership using your account with a third party as a Payment Method, you can find the billing information about your LSC Membership by visiting your account with the applicable third party.
4.2 Payment Methods. To sign up for an LSC Membership you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorise us to charge any Payment Method associated to your LSC Account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your LSC Membership fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and have not cancelled your LSC Membership, we may suspend your LSC Membership until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method, and you shall be solely responsible for all such fees. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. All sums payable by you to LSC pursuant to these Terms or your LSC Membership shall be paid to and received by LSC free and clear of all deductions or withholdings whatsoever unless required by law. If any deductions or withholdings are required by law to be made from any of the sums payable by you to LSC, you shall pay to LSC on demand such sum(s) as will be necessary in order to, after the relevant deduction or withholding has been made, leave LSC with the same amount as it would have been entitled to receive in the absence of any such deduction or withholding. For this purpose, LSC may add any withholdings, deductions, taxes or levies as applicable on to your next payment, but in each case LSC will inform you of such additional charges on or prior to the payment date.
4.3 Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods via logging in to your profile section on the website. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorise us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s). You are responsible for ensuring details of your Payment Method are up to date at all times.
4.4 Cancellation. You can cancel your LSC Membership at any time to take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the benefits of your LSC Membership through the end of your annual billing period. Both LSC Membership payment plans cover a 12-month term and these fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial LSC Membership periods or unclaimed LSC offers. Unless you cancel your LSC Membership at least 10 business days before your last billing date, you authorise us to charge the LSC Membership fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method. To request to cancel your membership please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel your LSC Membership, your LSC Membership will automatically close at the end of your annual billing period and you will lose all benefits offered by your LSC Membership at the end of your annual billing period. For the avoidance of doubt, to utilise any LSC Member offers, promotions or discounts, you must be an LSC Member at the time (i) payment is made for the applicable event, or (ii) if payment is not made until the date of such event, you must be an LSC Member on the date of the event.
4.5 Third party LSC Membership cancellation. If you signed up for an LSC Membership using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your LSC Membership, you may need to do so through such third party, for example by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from your LSC Membership through that third party. LSC shall have no liability for any cancellation fees due to such third party or any ability for you to cancel your LSC Membership where you purchased your LSC Membership through a third party. Cancellation of your LSC Membership with such third party may be subject to additional terms imposed by such third party.
4.6 Statutory cancellation rights. LSC will not be liable for any instance of fraud or other illegal activity caused by an LSC Member holder providing false or misleading information. LSC is entitled to assume that the owner of the Payment Method has given permission to authorise payment of LSC Membership fees and to charge such Payment Method accordingly. If at any time you suspect a Payment Method had been used to subscribe for an LSC Membership in a fraudulent manner, or any other way that would contravene any applicable law, then you must inform LSC immediately, and LSC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any LSC Membership whilst it investigates such matters or otherwise finds an LSC Membership is being operated in breach of this clause 4.8.
