For example, LSC may change your billing date if (i) your Payment Method has not successfully settled, (ii) when you change your LSC Membership plan or (iii) if your LSC Membership began on a day which does not occur in every given month or otherwise does not fall on a business day. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. All sums payable by you to LSC pursuant to these Terms or your LSC Membership shall be paid to and received by LSC free and clear of all deductions or withholdings whatsoever unless required by law. If any deductions or withholdings are required by law to be made from any of the sums payable by you to LSC, you shall pay to LSC on demand such sum(s) as will be necessary in order to, after the relevant deduction or withholding has been made, leave LSC with the same amount as it would have been entitled to receive in the absence of any such deduction or withholding. For this purpose, LSC may add any withholdings, deductions, taxes or levies as applicable on to your next payment, but in each case LSC will inform you of such additional charges on or prior to the payment date.
